Get your new UPS label
If you have consumables that came with a prepaid shipping label, please do not use the label as the return address has changed.
To support our sustainability efforts and reduce shipping emissions, please print and use a new return label here.
Place the used cartridge in the box and seal it.
Tape/attach the NEW prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package. Please note: You will need an EDP code to complete the form. (You only need one EDP code when returning multiple cartridges in one box.)
Follow the return instructions on the label.
Drop the package off at a UPS shipping location, or include it with your next pickup or drop-off at your facility. If you call UPS to pick up this specific item, you will be responsible for the pickup cost.
Return package dimensions should be:
No larger than 165 inches (419 cm) in combined length and girth (2x width + 2x height)
No longer than 108 inches (270 cm)
No more than 25 lbs. in weight
